It's certainly no secret that high-meat and high-dairy diets are both catastrophic and unnecessary. It is, of course, not compulsory to be vegan in the environmental community, but reducing meat and dairy consumption where possible is a great way to do your bit reduce your carbon footprint. There is SO much yummy vegan food out there that it would be selfish to not share with you our favourites!
